introduction

Today, there is an acute problem with collecting statistics and analytics on different education levels, particularly in secondary general, extracurricular, and preschool education. The absence of a paperless and standardized approach results in educators spending a significant amount of time compiling statistics. Additionally, the lack of tools to control this process can lead to poor-quality analytics.

The introduction of a single central database that will accumulate data on all levels of education up to higher education, as well as uniform rules for working with the central database, should simplify the interaction between educational institutions and education authorities. This will lead to cleaner statistics, allowing for more efficient management of budget funds allocated for education development.

Goals

1. Combine information systems of the educational sector into a single architecture. Develop a plan for the implementation of unified authorization in educational information systems.
2. Develop a plan for the implementation of unified identifiers and a unified data model to ensure system interoperability.
3. Develop requirements for the target model of the software and hardware complex "Automated Information Complex of Educational Management" (abbreviated as AICEM), which allows collecting education statistics and analytics.
4. Ensure quality control of development following the requirements.
