Strimco is not just about business. We are a strategic partner to the state, working daily to strengthen it.
Our mission goes beyond delivering design or development projects — we strive to enhance expertise, support project management, and assist with implementation. Ultimately, Strimco aims to contribute to digital reform and the development of Ukraine's GovTech sector as a whole. That’s why we have launched a range of educational as well as market initiatives and are actively building an expert community to foster dialogue on Ukraine’s digital transformation.

We’re systematically training talents for Ukraine’s GovTech sector!
Over the past three years, we have developed two courses to help beginners and career switchers enter the unique field of GovTech. More than a hundred students have completed them.
This course helps students master the business analyst profession. So far, we have graduated two cohorts. Today, 62 alumni understand how to effectively translate business needs into technical solutions and ideas into opportunities for growth and development. We’ve even hired some of the top graduates!
Partners from the Better Regulation Delivery Office (BRDO) joined the second cohort because we believe in preparing talents for the entire GovTech sector.

This course supports career switchers from the private or other sectors in understanding the specifics of product management within GovTech. We’ve already completed two cohorts for product managers. Now, 63 alumni grasp the full lifecycle of public digital products — from concept to implementation and maintenance.
The courses were conducted with support from the BRDO, the "Digital Transformation Support" (DTA) project, and the state enterprise “Diia.”

Change is driven by people, which is why we support initiatives that build a talent pipeline for civil service
We contribute to teaching at the CDTO Campus and other educational programs of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.

We’re committed to building a professional community around digital reform
That’s why we organize open networking events with our partners. Want to stay updated on these announcements? Follow us on social media and stay tuned!

To shed light on Ukraine’s digital reforms, we launched the country’s first GovTech podcast together with the media outlet AIN
In HavTech, AIN’s Editor-in-Chief Oleksandr Strelnikov and our CEO Roman Lanskiy speak in a no-bullshit format about Ukraine’s digital transformation. Sometimes with swearing, always with intriguing behind-the-scenes stories — and always honestly. They’re occasionally joined by dogs Busia and Lola.
We became one of the initiators behind uniting Ukrainian IT companies to develop Ukraine’s GovTech ecosystem, strengthen cooperation between the state and the private sector, and promote the export of Ukrainian digital solutions abroad. However, GTA UA is more than just a professional association of leading Ukrainian GovTech companies. The Alliance is driven by shared values, with a commitment to high standards of integrity and professionalism in the IT sector at its core, and is guided by ambitious common goals. We envision a future where Ukraine’s GovTech ecosystem is strong, innovative, and globally competitive.

IT companies can influence the development of the domestic GovTech market through joint initiatives and open dialogue with the government
The GovTech ecosystem grows through partnership, transparency, and innovation
Ukrainian digital solutions align with international standards and become part of the global GovTech market
