At this critical time for our country, when Ukraine is defending its independence, we in the IT community feel compelled to support our Defense Forces protecting us and our future. After February 24, 2022, several of our teammates joined the ranks of our country’s defenders and continue to apply their expertise, but in the defense IT sector.
Supporting Ukraine's capabilities remains our top priority, so we do not stand idly by but actively engage in significant initiatives, both officially or unofficially. We are proud to have provided IT consulting support to various defense institutions. Our contribution lay in strengthening their capabilities with our expertise.
Analysing hundreds of pages of regulatory documents to comprehensively cover processes, events, people involved, and generated documents
Analysing As-Is and To-Be processes for further reengineering
Determining the list of necessary system integrations
Developing a concept for the implementation of the required IT product
Drafting technical requirements for donors to initiate the procurement process
