Quality analytics is a crucial prerequisite for effective reform. One of our key areas of expertise is the development of technical requirements and specifications for portals and systems that facilitate and streamline the interaction between government structures and the public. Among our projects, the following initiatives can be highlighted:
eYouth is a platform designed to unlock the potential of young people, which aims to provide comprehensive and up-to-date information about various opportunities (educational, civic, creative, etc.) available to youth in Ukraine. Key project goals include:
- analyze the needs of youth and stakeholders interacting with them, which will help shape youth policy based on data and the use of business analytics tools;
- create a web portal as a single access point to all electronic services in the field of youth policy, as well as to provide information about opportunities, existing electronic tools for interaction, youth communities, centers, organizations, etc.
The integrated platform aims to automate the employment processes of healthcare workers at all levels providing broad access to current job openings for all categories of workers.
The outcomes will include:
- equal access to job opportunities;
- political impartiality in reviewing candidate documents;
- increased societal trust in governmental selection processes;
- non-discrimination;
- transparency in document submission and hiring processes;
- integrity;
- efficient and fair selection;
- protection of citizens' rights and interests in employment;
- improvement of public health through enhanced staffing capacity in healthcare institutions.
The audit is conducted to create a map of systems and registers related to the central authority and business processes, followed by their analysis. This provides an understanding of the current situation and lays the groundwork for further:
- optimization of existing processes;
- elimination of outdated processes and creation of new ones;
- development of a digitalization plan for departmental work.
The audit is conducted with consideration of updating the regulatory framework.
The Register is created to automate the record-keeping of grape growing and winemaking entities, as well as to ensure traceability of batches of grown grapes, raw materials produced from grapes, and finished products (alcoholic beverages) in accordance with EU requirements.
The Register is created to automate the record-keeping of organic production operators, certification bodies monitoring and controlling organic production and seeds, in accordance with EU requirements.
The Register is created to automate the processes of record-keeping and traceability of guarantees of origin, in accordance with EU requirements. Guarantees of origin are a mechanism that determines how electricity from renewable sources moves from producer to consumer. They validate the electricity owner's rights to the environmental benefits.
The main goal of creating the system was to automate the tools that streamline the issuance of passport documents; increase the reliability and speed of identification of individuals; expedite the exchange of information on the issuance or invalidation of passport documents with relevant state information resources.
